We were told what “good” meant. What “pure” should be. To keep our legs closed, our hands still, our mouths shut. They told us to be ashamed—ashamed of our hunger, our fantasies, the way our bodies begged to be touched.

How many times have you swallowed your moans? Deleted the message you were too scared to send? Hid the bruises you wanted?

SHAME rips open the hidden, the forbidden—the “filth” they told us to keep in the dark. A raw, unfiltered exhibition of the desires, identities, and fantasies we were forced to suppress—by family, religion, society, or the simple fear of rejection. Through candid erotic photography, film stills, immersive confession booths, and participatory art, we invite you to confess your sins.
