A sx-positive evening of ecstatic dance, joy, sound and free expression. We gather barefoot on the dance floor and move through rhythm, energy and emotion together.
Upon arrival, enjoy a cup of ceremonial cacao to awaken the senses and ease into the experience.
This is an invitation to step out of the mind and into the body. To explore movement, connection, playfulness and authentic expression in a space where all parts of you are welcome.
No talking on the dance floor.
No performance.
No right way to move.
No judgement. Feel your body, connect with your soul.
Just music, presence and dance.
Connection can take many forms. Dance alone, dance with others, or explore a deeper level of intimacy. Follow your own rhythm while respecting the rhythms and boundaries of those around you.
Following the dance and sound healing, the whole space opens into free flow with sauna, connection and intimate possibilities for those who wish to continue the evening.
