More Than Skin
The idea is in the name. NAKED is more than skin. It is raw desire, your true self, your bare sexuality in a safer space — the pure connection most people are looking for and few rooms make easy. Lust with no mask. Nakedness here is whatever you need it to be: emotional, sexual, physical or spiritual.
NAKED started above the city, in a Mitte penthouse: floor seating that put everyone within reach, a sauna, a hot tub on the balcony, and a kitchen that stayed busy long past the point anyone was hungry. It told us what the night actually wanted — warmth, water, and as little between people as possible.
So we went looking for a building that already had all three, and the one we found was underground. NAKED now takes over Club Sauna, the former Untertage, and strips things back to heat, bodies and instinct. Water, steam, foam and sound blur the edges between dance, play and presence. A sauna and a steam room to melt the surface off the evening. Foam, where movement turns anonymous and playful. Play areas, showers to reset, and a bar to keep you flowing. Wet, loud and physical.
We keep the room to around a hundred and twenty. A ticket usually lands near €35, roughly double for a couple. All genders and identities are welcome, and we hold the guest list gender balanced. Everything else is set per night — when the doors open, how long the foam runs, when it ends — so the event page for your date is the one to trust.
Come in a swimsuit. Leave the rest behind. That line is most of the philosophy: you arrive carrying almost nothing, and everything after that is yours to decide.
What a Night Here Is Made Of
Nobody hands you a programme at Club Sauna. They hand you a locker key and a building, and the night is whichever parts of it you spend your hours in.
Sauna and Steam
The sauna and the steam room are the obvious place to begin, and the reason the first hour never feels like a first hour. Heat undoes people faster than conversation ever manages to.
The Foam
Foam fills the floor and movement turns anonymous and playful — it is far easier to dance badly, and to be close to strangers, when nobody can quite see who is who. How long it runs is set per edition.
Dedicated Play Areas
Rooms built for it, rather than a corner improvised into one. Leave the door open if you would like company or an audience, close it if you would rather the night stayed between you. Both are ordinary here.
Showers to Reset
Showers are part of the format rather than an afterthought. A night built on heat and foam works precisely because you can rinse off and begin again whenever the last thing has finished.
The Bar
Club Sauna serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks through the night, and your locker key doubles as the card they go on — so there is nothing to carry while you are wearing almost nothing.
Swimwear, or Nothing
Most of the room is naked or close to it: a towel, a swimsuit, whatever you feel like keeping on. Bring flip flops. You will be on wet floors all night, and nobody has ever regretted them.
Doors, Foam and the Hours Between
There is no programme, and the clock shifts a little every edition. The shape does not: a slow warm start, a door that closes behind everyone, foam — and then the long, strange hours on the other side of it.
Doors Open
Doors open somewhere around 20:00 or 21:00. Come near the start: there is a locker to find, clothes to leave behind and a basement to work out, and all of it is easier while the place is still quiet.
23:00 — The Door Closes
Every Kink-Y party shuts its door at a set point in the night, and here it is 23:00. After that nobody new arrives — so the room you are standing in at midnight is the room you finish the night with.
The Foam Starts
The foam goes on and the character of the night turns over: louder, wetter, far less self-conscious. It runs for a few hours, and the window is set per night — your event page has it.
After the Foam
The foam clears and the building keeps going for hours. Nothing is staged at the end, nobody counts you out, and leaving at two is as ordinary as leaving when they turn the lights up.
Consent, and a Gender-Balanced Room
The question this particular night gets is not the one our other parties get. It is: do I actually have to take the swimsuit off? No. Swimwear and naked are both the dress code, which means both are the dress code, and staying in yours all evening is an entirely ordinary way to be here.
Nothing else is required either. The invitation printed on the event pages is to sweat together, drift between scenes and let the night take shape around you — and spending the whole of it in the sauna, in the foam and at the bar is that invitation working exactly as intended. Once you are inside, the only things running to a clock are the foam and the sauna infusions, and neither of those asks anything of you.
NAKED is for adults only, and all genders and identities are welcome. The guest list is kept gender balanced, and that is printed on the event pages rather than quietly hoped for. It is the thing that most changes how a mixed sex-positive night feels: nobody is outnumbered, and nobody spends the evening managing being outnumbered.
Everyone in the building is already half-undressed, and none of that is an invitation to anything. You ask, you take the first answer, and nobody has to explain a no. If something feels wrong, or you would simply rather not be on your own for a few minutes, a Kink-Y organiser is somewhere in the room — finding one on the night is far more use to you than telling us on Monday.

The Building
Club Sauna is a Boiler Sauna project: roughly four hundred square metres of the former Club Untertage, rebuilt as a sauna landscape in a basement under Mehringdamm.
Heat, at Two Temperatures
Club Sauna describes its Finnish sauna as classic sauna pleasure at around 90 degrees, with infusions depending on the event, and its small steam bath as a gentler 42 degrees with warm stones to lie on.
The Foam Cannon
The foam comes from the venue's own cannon, which Club Sauna rates at up to 500 cubic metres an hour. That is more foam than the number suggests, and it arrives faster than anyone is ready for.
Lockers, Showers and Hygiene
The venue lists over 100 lockers on a digital key system. There are two gender-neutral toilet and shower areas, and a hygiene centre in the rear one.
Getting There and Getting In
Club Sauna sits on the U6 and U7 at Mehringdamm, and states that its basement location makes it only partially accessible for people with physical disabilities. If access matters to you, ask us before you book rather than after.
Bringing Yourself, and Not Much Else
A sauna is a gentler place to start than a club floor. There is less to perform against, and heat gives everyone something to do with the first hour. Arriving on your own is normal, and in a room this size it stops being noticeable within the hour.
If you would rather not walk into a basement full of strangers, meet a few of them with their clothes on first. A Berlin Munch is free, in a bar, and about talking. Our Telegram community is where each new date goes up first, which matters more for this series than for the others: the doors, the ending and the foam window are different every time.
Bring less than you think. Club Sauna hands out slippers and towels on request, which is not the same as included, so pack your own if you would rather not ask for them. Condoms and anything you want to play with are worth having. The lockers take care of the rest.

Do I have to play or take part in anything?
- No. The play areas are one option among several, and walking past them all night is an entirely normal way to spend the evening. Nothing is asked of anyone here, and the heat and the foam are reason enough to come.
